| Label My Food | Would you buy battery farmed eggs from a shop or supermarket?
Probably not.
Yet restaurants and cafes use battery-farmed eggs every
day in cakes, mayonnaise, fresh pasta, and many more dishes,
without telling you. If they were labelled ‘made
with battery-farmed eggs’ would you still want to
eat them?
If you care about what goes into your food and where
it comes from then Label My Food needs you.
Label My Food is an exciting new campaign encouraging
restaurants, pubs, cafes and all other food outlets to
dramatically improve the information they provide to customers
on their menus.
Whether it is animal welfare, the environment, a food
allergy, your religion or just a general interest in food
that motivates you, please show your support.

Smaller than you would expect January 4, 2008 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
These mini casseroles are great and a real talking point when to serve straight from the oven to your guests' own place mats.
They are robust and well made with lovely detailing, and happily go in the freezer and through the dishwasher, although I usually cook things that defeat my dishwasher and end up in the sink.
The only issue is that these are a little smaller than you expect - around 9ish cm inside at the top, and this is smaller when you see it than you imagined - and are fine for starters and desserts, but too small for a main course, except as a very stylish side.
Four stars.
Le Creuset PETITE casserole dish in STONEWARE (poterie) with lid June 7, 2007 10 out of 12 found this review helpful
Le Creuset branches into 'PETITE' mode with this STONEWARE round casserole dish with lid - 9.5cm/3.75" 0.25L
Possibly not the most cost effective range to appear from Le Creuset, but useful to serve individual hot or cold starters in and a guaranteed talking point at your next dinner party!
Check out the various colours available and the other cute designs in the 'Petite' range - currently an apple, a tomato, a pepper or a pumpkin shaped version too!
