Label My Food

Would you buy battery farmed eggs from a shop or supermarket?
Probably not.

Yet restaurants and cafes use battery-farmed eggs every day in cakes, mayonnaise, fresh pasta, and many more dishes, without telling you. If they were labelled ‘made with battery-farmed eggs’ would you still want to eat them?

If you care about what goes into your food and where it comes from then Label My Food needs you.

Label My Food is an exciting new campaign encouraging restaurants, pubs, cafes and all other food outlets to dramatically improve the information they provide to customers on their menus.

Whether it is animal welfare, the environment, a food allergy, your religion or just a general interest in food that motivates you, please show your support.

Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
SanDisk is proud to announce our newest format and capacity to the SD card family: SD High Capacity (SDHC) 4GB flash card. Please note this is an SDHC card. Not all devices support SDHC 4.0GB cards. To ensure compatibility, look for the SDHC Logo on the product or packaging of your new camera or digital camcorder, or contact your device manufacturer for details. Click here for more information on compatibility. We suggest using the following card reader with these SDHC cards (click here). Please note that eXpansys vouchers cannot be used when purchasing this product.

5 out of 5 stars One happy novice!   January 8, 2009
I don't know much about memory cards but have just bought a new camera.
I bought Sandisk because people tell me they are reliable. I also bought an Integral SDHC card reader for 3.00. The card is fine and no problem about transferring if you have the correct reader.
I'm a complete novice and I couldn't have found it easier.

This is an SDHC card, not an SD card, so make sure your device will recognise it! The two PC's I bought this for don't - my fault, but maybe I'll need it some time in the future...........

1 out of 5 stars BEWARE!!! This is NOT an SD card!!! BEWARE!!!!   December 23, 2008

OK, so I bought two of these in a rush - you can't go wrong with a SanDisk SD card can you? They are reliable, fast: I've got a load of them. However, I didn't realise that an SD card is not the same thing as an SDHC card. SDHC is a newer technology and is not readable by SD readers. So I can't use these in my camera and even if I could, I wouldn't be able to plug the card into my computer to download the files without purchasing a separate plug in reader.

So before you make the same mistake as me - please check to see whether your devices can cope with SDHC. But there again, you are reading the product reviews and are much more sensible than me - well done!

I have tried this card on several machines, and various card readers, but none seem to be able to be able to recognise it. The most comman problem being disc error.

5 out of 5 stars Read your device instructions then buy   November 28, 2008

What can I say, Nice Card works well in my Garmin Nuvi 760.

I see some bad reviews on SDHD cards this is because it is a new format, not all SD Card readers can see SD HD, even though they are physically identical. This includes new devices being sold here, read the device instructions / specifications first then place your order to make sure it will support the card, and don't be too surprised if you have an existing bit of kit that won't see it. If you have any doubts buy a 2Gb SD card as most SDHD readers are backwards compatible and will see it.

In the case of Garmin check out the website FAQ this is the only place where it says max size is 4GB SDHD.
