Excellent little gadget January 8, 2009
Not really much to be said apart from the the fact that it works perfectly and is much handier than carrying around a bulky connector cable. I keep this in my camera case now so will be useful when I'm travelling as I'll be able to transfer photos easily.
Mine came accompanied with a 2GB SDHC card (not sure if this listing includes that) which is an added bonus and the reader itself works well with my Scandisk Extreme III 4GB card.

Purchased the Integral USB 2.0 Single Slot SD / SDHC Card Reader via Amazon as part of a present to accompany a digital photoframe.
When i tried it it did not work. Both my computers recognised the USB connection but failed to identify any SD Cards when inserted. I contacted the provider and they want it returned along with full traceable insured method of delivery. Hardly worth it but on principle i shall return it. So not a very cheap reader for me.
Does the job perfectly for very little money... January 6, 2009
I got this little card reader for my SanDisk MicroSDHC 8Gig card with SD adaptor. I use the card in a Panasonic camera and Samsung Mobile phone. The reader arrived early, worked perfectly from the first try and cost peanuts.
Fast, trouble-free, easy and cheap - you can't go wrong.

Very fast and nicely built December 5, 2008
I was concerned that this would be slower than my last reader (a cheap Kawau SD device) as certain readers are advertised as fast but quite simply are not! In fact the cheapers units seem to be better based on my experience.
The Kawau reader I had before had read/write speeds of approx 15/12MB but this new reader managed 18/15MB (all tested with the same SD card of course. An Adata 150x 1GB card).
Excellent value!
