Label My Food

Would you buy battery farmed eggs from a shop or supermarket?
Probably not.

Yet restaurants and cafes use battery-farmed eggs every day in cakes, mayonnaise, fresh pasta, and many more dishes, without telling you. If they were labelled ‘made with battery-farmed eggs’ would you still want to eat them?

If you care about what goes into your food and where it comes from then Label My Food needs you.

Label My Food is an exciting new campaign encouraging restaurants, pubs, cafes and all other food outlets to dramatically improve the information they provide to customers on their menus.

Whether it is animal welfare, the environment, a food allergy, your religion or just a general interest in food that motivates you, please show your support.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A great Buy   December 31, 2008

I bought Platinum version from Amazon for 29, this has to be the bargain of the year. Included is a 6 month subscription to Ancestry which is worth at least as much. I have been using the 2006 version FTM for some time. This 2009 package has a completely different look, but don't let this put you off. It took me some time to get to grips with the 2006 version so it is just a matter of learning to use a new program again. My old data incorporated into the new one with no problems. Don't look on this as an updated version of 2006 it is a new program and I like it. Just stick at it and get to know the new interface. It has some new features and there are more to come. One piece of advice, don't subscribe to ancestry the moment you load the new program. Get all your existing data on it. find out how it all works and then subscribe. that way you won't waste any of your free 6 months.Family Tree Maker 2009 Platinum (PC CD)

1 out of 5 stars Long time Family Tree Maker user - very disappointed   December 27, 2008

We were both very disappointed with this product. the earlier versions are easier to use and the special features on this package don't come up to expectations: the location of a place is completely missing and only alternatives don't include the correct options for at least two of the map locations on our tree.

The version available with "Who Do You think You Are" package is more than adequate for family history records and easy to use.
